I know you hear this all the time, but I am going to say it anyway, I think your amazing & such a motivator! I am a lover of oxygen mag & am glad to say it is what makes me want to work harder.
In the past I have done my workout regime, leading to some great results with muscular definition (some areas better than others lol) however my nutrition was well off track. I know that nutrition is key but I just could not commit. After having a long break and moving interstate I am getting back into it, only this time feels different I am more committed and focused than I have ever been. I have bitten the bullet and am sticking to clean eating, its early days but so far so good. My meal plan consists of mostly chicken breast and vegies and I was hoping that you could help me with some ideas to prepare ahead and make meals a little more interesting. I need help with this as I am on the move a bit and busy preparing food for my husband and son. I think after time without having my meals pre prepared I will fall off track. I am hoping that in the future I can master the balance between nutrition and workout regime's, stop putting myself last and down, get the confidence and hopefully get into a comp and be apart of oxy girls.
