Things have really started to take off this year and I'm just so glad that the website it helping so many people with their health and ftness goals. IT seems we are going to be reaching even more people than I first thought, it looks like the weekly webcasts have been picked up by a large American company, so we'll just see what happens there. I'll keep you posted as it is all part of our trip to the USA in June. My biggest hope is that you will all find something useful here on the site and that you will continue to pursue what is really important to you ...

Well, its been a while since I've been at the gym consistently and I'm really starting to feel it. I am trying hard to keep my priorities in place but it's really hard with the website now growing at such a rapid rate. I can't tell you how excited I am to have the site finally online! It's been such a long time coming, I didn't realise I had so much to share with you all and there's still heaps more to come....!
On the competition front, both Dallas and I will be in Melbourne for the ANB show on the 28th and 29th of March this year, I can't wait to see you all on stage this year!! Will be awesome to see you all again!!
