I have just returned home from Sydney after a 2 day catchup with the IT Team who look after all the behind the scenes stuff on my website.  I am really excited about all the new stuff we are doing and can't wait to make it all live for our members.  I know, I get excited by little things, but you know what, it's the little things that really matter!

you know the ones... like being able to have the choice of what you do and when, and being able to keep fit and healthy.  As mum has been very sick of late, I have not had much "me" time, but that will change eventually as time with her is precious right now.

The older I get... (and YES I am getting old) haha, the more I realise how important the people you have around you are.  This goes for ALL aspects of your life.  If you are really wanting to make changes in your life, you need to surround yourself with possitive people who can help support you rather than criticize your every move.  Once you can get rid of the "rubbish" everything just seems to fall into place.

So all of you guys and girls out there who keep doing what you do, well done and keep it up!

Until next time,

Train hard, keep fit and LOVE life!
Lindy xx

Re: Back from Sydney

Marti, thanks so much for the kind comments! You always did have a way with words! :) Hope you are really well, Simon is great and your mum is well and most of all happy. Mum is a little sick with ovarian cancer but is doing what she can each day. She is strong and stubborn (wonder where i got that from huh) and refuses to give up. I admire her for so many things, most of all for putting up with me during highschool! Think I worried her a bit when I told her I wanted to be a hippee and live on straddie (yes this was after our holiday). Funny how things turn out! xox
