You guessed it, thanks to the wonderful people at Under Armour, our own Lindy Olsen is at it again, this time she has been featured on the Footlocker website for all to see.  

"She is a great ambassador for our brand" and is a great role model for anyone wanting to achieve their health and fitness goals.   

The Melbourne Bodytune workshop which was held at Lift Health and Sport In South Melbourne was a great sucess! Thanks to all those who came along, I hope you all have taken home something from the workshop that can help you acheive your goals, A big thanks goes out to our host Ian Collins and his team of health professionals!  It certainly would not have been possible without the help of my great friend Lia Halsall.  Ian is already starting to plan for the next one so anyone who couldn't make it for this one, keep your eyes out for when we lock down a date for the next Bodytune Workshop.
