Tune in, for all of my comp training and nutrition strategies. Just for being a member, you can keep track of what I do, when I do it and most importantly WHY I DO WHAT I DO! Without understanding the WHY, you may find you fall short of your goals without even realising it! Nothing beats consistency, hard work and focus. Many people compete but very few continue past their first show. It takes drive, determination and above all the mindset to keep going even when the going gets tough. The best advice I can give, is to NEVER, NEVER NEVER give up on your dreams. The road not travelled is full of regret, and the road you know can only take you where you’ve already been. Making an improvement in your life is as simple as making a choice. This choice is making a conscious decision to reach your goal by working towards it. For those of you who are willing to make a small contribution to yourself, each and every day, you will succeed.

I am sitting here just realising how very lucky I am and how things have turned out for us in such a short time. In the quiet of the night, i guess some things become crystal clear and when you actually get some time out, you can really appreciate many things that sometimes get over looked when you are so busy at other times of the day. So....

The perfect Fit!

It's true. You're surrounded by people who want nothing more than to see you succeed and fulfill your dreams. They're out there watching as you go after your goals, hoping you make the right decisions, silently cheering each victory, wincing at each setback. Some of them may even want to join you on the journey to a particular goal. The kicker is that you don't know for sure where the source of this help may come from....

Do you seek praise and attention?

While it's great to want to "get out there" and put yourself in front of "industry" people, there is definitey a right and a VERY WRONG way to go about it. At the end of the day, there is no REAL way of confirming if you are "the next big thing". Potential sponsors see through this facade no matter how much you pump yourself up. The best advice is to be yourself, be honest about your achievements and reap the rewards.

REMEMBER that true respect is earned not "awarded". So...

The week is nearly over...

I am finding that I am a little more tired at the end of this week as I have been really monitoring my nutrition a lot more closely. Need to as I have a photo shoot to do in 4 weeks!
