If there's one thing i've learnt through all the ups and downs of life as a natural athlete, it is to be kind to others and most of all be kind to yourself. If that means blissing out for any length of time, just realise that its necessary for your sanity and you'll come back stronger and more focussed for having taken time out! Many people just dont realise how much you need to plan in your "free" time so that you actually get some sort of balance happening in your already hectic schedule! Just as an example, while i was in the middleof my comp campaign in the USA, I made sure I took time out for some fun with the great people I met while I was there! It's really part of keeping my head in the right place and makes all the difference when it comes to my sanity! This is a no brainer for you all I'm SURE!!
