It's pretty amazing, my tummy is flatter (very uncharacteristic) and my skin is looking so much better, I don't think I wanted to admit that only 2 softdrinks would do this much damage physically, but hey everyone is different, but I do recommend you to try (if fluid retention is an issue for you) to elimiate the diet drinks and just see what happens!

Re: Good News...
Me too, I have had the same thing happen, thanks to LIndy for suggesting it to me. I couldn't be happier.

Re: Good News...
I can drink as much Pepsi or diet drinks as I like, it does't affect me, maybe because I'm a male, there's not much that phases me too much.

Re: Good News...
Awesome work to you all, it's not easy to trust your body, but when you do, it responds accordingly! Yahoo I say! :)

Re: Good News...
The body is phenomenal indeed. Sensitive to all sorts of things, but I never knew it til I switched to organic foods. HUGE difference in my body and my thinking. Never felt more positive or more capable. Even a poppy seed horseshoe ruined me the other day. Can't wait to get back on track after a 'splurge'. Power to our bodies!
