I'm really tired and I guess from all the trainng being revved up a bit it's taking it's toll. If I can string a few more early nights in, it'll only do me good I'm hoping! We took a few more video snippets tonight of training for you all to see how things are coming along. It's all in my comp blog for everyone to see and i tell you what, i've never worked as hard but i'm loving it so that's the main thing. Every part of my body aches the next day and it will be good when the strength phase is complete. I lost a lot of muscle in the 3 months i had off, but I know it will come back, muscle memory is a GREAT thing! As long as you're head is in the right place, everything else just follows. Hence why i needed so much time out. All good now though and i'm so thankful I trusted myself enough to just let it happen the way it was meant to.. there's always a reason for everything hey!!

Rest and recovery is good for muscle growth .
